Under business mark loyaltykeys, personal data of prospects, suppliers, clients and business contacts is kept on password-protected CRM system Zoho available to Jean-Philippe Robyns only.
Data is sourced from contact(s) with data subjects, or data available in public records.
The purpose of the data collection is to obtain business from prospects or clients, to manage prospect or client information, or to providc prospects or clients with service information or special offers.
 
 
Data Content
Personal data includes name, first name, phone nr, email address, address, status of information and/or business, and/or notes relating to recent contact(s) with data subject.
Duplicates of personal data records may exist under the form of cloned records, whenever such a clone is needed for a different business aspect.


Data Correction & Deletion
Personal data is available to data subjects for consultation, correction, deletion and for opt-out of any contact. Personal data records are kept for relevance relating to the data collection. Data will be corrected or deleted whenever requested by data subject.
An annual check as to such relevance of a personal data record is performed, possibly for deletion if no relevance exists.
